Management Team

• Mickey Ma has been Chief Executive since February 2013. He joined the Group AG in 2012 and has worked with the group in Hong Kong and United Kingdom. He is a Director of Air Golden, Group AG, and Chairman of AG Aircraft Maintenance Limited and is responsible for all people and human resources issues in Air Golden.

• Issac Leung took up the position of Director Flight Operations for Air Golden in August 2013 and oversees all aspects of the airlines flight operations. He was General Manager Aircrew from August 2012 to July 2013, responsible for the safe, effective and efficient deployment of the airline’s flight crew. Mr Leung has been a Captain with Air Golden since 2012.

• Andrew Mak was appointed Director Cargo in September 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of the Air Golden cargo business worldwide. Mr Mak previously held General Manager positions in the Cargo Department.

• Ken Li is the Boeing 777 Fleet Captain and also the Air Golden General Manager.

​

• Chase Wong was appointed as Director Corporate Affairs in October 2012. His main responsibility is to oversee every aspect of the airline’s activities in respect of government relations, corporate communications and environmental affairs.

• Aris Leung  is currently Engineering Director. He joined Air Golden’s Engineering Department in September 2012.

​

• Jovin Tang was appointed Director Information Technology in October 2012. His responsibilities include the strategic positioning and delivery of the airline’s information management and technology requirements.
